The techniques described in this book are not something complicated like a rocket science, however, they are quite helpful. In my opinion, it's good to have such a guide. One of my favorite books is "Emotional Intelligence" by Daniel Goleman. After reading it, I always try to keep in mind the importance of EQ which is often more valuable than IQ. In the world of humans, it's hard or even sometimes impossible to succeed if you are not able to control your emotions. Even if you are the smartest and one of a few experts in your sphere, people can always find someone better than you. And if you cannot communicate well and cope with your emotional state, they are likely to replace you with someone who is more emotionally healthy. At least, as soon as they have such a chance. And emotional health is also very important for your family. You cannot underestimate it.This book teaches us how to regain confidence, how to overcome obstacles, and how meditation techniques may help you to heal your emotional state and to become your life-changer.
